Q: I have down loaded my estimator but I can't open it, what do I do?

A: You need a zip file extractor, please see the first line in the product page and click on the link, you can down load a trial of the zip program that will let you open your program. I would suggest buying the zip program for future use as it comes in handy e-mailing large files.

Q: If I mess up my input ranges and want to re-do the whole sheet do I have to delete my entries one by one?

A:NO At the top of your estimator click on the reset tab, that will clear all of your entries.

Q: The ink cost the estimator shows is different than what I have or what my printer manufacturer says the cost should be, did I do something wrong?

A: When I built these estimators I had to take several factors into consideration, after some thought and due diligence I came up with a industry acceptable formula that will estimate your ink cost just slightly high giving you a little bit of cushion for your bottom line.

Q: I have nobody working for me what should I input for labor cost?

A: You need to pay yourself don't you? you should pay yourself just like if you had someone working for you so input what you want for a hourly wage.

Q: There is a box on the estimator for cutter labor, what is this?

A: You have to pay either yourself or someone to run that cutter and you have to have money to replace certain parts on the cutter or for replacement of that cutter in case it dies, you wear it out or just want to upgrade. this is a common mistake people make when estimating by not allowing a cost to run certain equipment.

Q: Can I install this estimator on more than one computer?

A: You will have a licence to instal the downloaded estimator on 2 computers, if you instal it on more than 2 computers or share it with someone else, I will know, it has  built in tracking so I can trace it, in this case it will result in not only your copy being disabled but any body you share it with, this will not be enabled again until you pay for extra licence.
